I am excited to have the opportunity to design all the marketing material for the Child Abuse Prevention Center's annual Casino Night. This year's theme is "Queen of Hearts" and we're using a vintage playing card as inspiration. Here is a peek at the logo. An invitation, ticket and much more will be following. Christine contacted me to help her with branding for her reusable sandwich wrap company. She started out making these for her kids in an effort to save baggies, and they have become increasingly popular. Now she has boutiques asking to carry her products, so it was time to get a logo! We decided to incorporate vintage typewriter fonts with a cute little bird drawing done by her son. The result is a logo that is totally personal, that even the kids approve of! I designed this logo for Danielle from Dutch Girl Cookies, who makes homemade Dutch cookies: stroopwafels (my personal fave!), speculaas, boterkoek & krakelingen. She will even deliver your goodies if you are within a 10-mile radius of Lakewood. I can personally attest to how delicious these cookies are... Kristen wanted to make her blog feel like her studio, so we mimicked the bright blue walls and white wainscoting.  She also loves vintage pieces and has many of her treasures displayed around the room, so we added that vintage feel with the wood planks.  We are both thrilled with the outcome!

Event Invitation for All 4 The Kids

All 4 The Kids is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit charity which chooses a different initiative every year, partnering with charities proven to save lives and empower children around the globe, specifically in action sports locations. Melissa wanted a clean, classic logo for her photography business. She had her new business cards done by letterpress, and they turned out beautifully! We also made them a half-inch taller than a standard card to make them stand out even more. Letterpress is not the most cost-effective, but it definitely makes a statement and works nicely with the simplicity of her design.
